Early Childhood Care and Education

We strengthen early childhood systems at municipal and preschool levels by improving the quality, consistency and visibility of services. Our work focuses on classroom practice, teacher competencies, programme alignment and learning environments that were supported by structured coaching, observation and evidence-based training models. Alongside this, the development of home-based and community approaches, parental engagement mechanisms and locally tailored content enables children to benefit from richer learning experiences and smoother transitions to primary school. Family participation is further supported through parent education and engagement initiatives that reinforce continuity of learning at home. In addition, we help institutions build monitoring structures, communication practices and organisational capacity that make early childhood services more effective, recognisable and trusted.

Climate Education

We build institutional capacity in climate-related learning by providing scientific knowledge and practical understanding of climate change, climate literacy, climate finance, carbon markets, and global frameworks such as the SDGs and NDCs. Our work supports institutions that seek to strengthen their expertise in these areas through tailored training programmes, applied learning seminars and capacity-building initiatives.
